Shipping promises need context.

Processing and delivery depend on stock readiness, product characteristics, destination, carrier service and seasonal conditions. Request a route-specific estimate and confirm what happens if an order needs attention.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Understand the workflow before orders move.

What is the difference between sourcing and fulfillment?

Sourcing covers finding and purchasing the right product. Fulfillment covers handling inventory and preparing customer orders for shipment. The handoff between them needs clear product details, quantities and packing instructions.

Does a shipping estimate include product preparation?

Not necessarily. Product preparation, warehouse processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Check the starting point of an estimate before using it to set expectations for your customers.

How is stocked fulfillment different from on-demand preparation?

Stocked fulfillment uses inventory already available for order processing. On-demand preparation may include purchasing and delivery from a supplier first. The appropriate approach depends on demand, replenishment time and the inventory you can hold.

What should I prepare when moving to a new fulfillment partner?

Prepare a SKU and stock list, supplier details, packaging instructions and your current order workflow. Agree which orders and unresolved issues remain with the previous partner before moving inventory or new orders.

What is the difference between an order check and a product inspection?

An order check focuses on the items, variants, quantities and packaging in a customer order. Measurements, functional tests and batch or full inspections require a defined inspection scope; they should not be assumed to be included in a basic order check.

What information helps investigate a delivery problem?

Keep the order reference, tracking number and a clear description of the issue. Photos of the product, packaging and shipping label can help with damage or incorrect-item reports. The applicable evidence, reporting deadline and resolution depend on the agreed service and carrier terms.

Can I keep my current supplier?

Yes. Your supplier can send products to our fulfillment operation while we handle receiving, packing and dispatch. We coordinate the inbound details, SKU information and packaging instructions before the stock arrives.

How do you receive orders and return tracking?

We set up the order flow with you using the connection or order-import method supported by your store. We match your products and variants to the inventory records, then return shipment tracking through the agreed workflow.
