Bitus provides sourcing, warehousing, fulfillment and branding services to e-commerce sellers. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing our services.

2. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly:
- Contact details you submit through our quote form or by email, WhatsApp or phone: your name, company, email address, WhatsApp number and country.
- Business information needed to serve you: product links or specifications, target markets, order and inventory details, and shipping addresses for your consignments.
- Branding materials you share with us for packaging or private label work.
We also collect basic technical information when you visit this website, such as pages viewed and browser type, used only to keep the site working and improve it.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to: prepare and send quotes; communicate with you about your orders and inventory; fulfill, pack and ship your consignments; provide branding and private label services; and send service updates you need to run your store.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to market unrelated third-party products.
4. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run your orders: with suppliers when sourcing requires it, with couriers and freight partners for shipping, and with platform partners where you ask us to prepare shipments for them. Recipients receive only what is necessary, such as a shipping label requires.
5. Your customers’ information
When you forward end-customer orders to us, we handle the recipient’s name, address and contact details solely to complete packing and delivery. We do not use this data for any other purpose and do not retain it longer than the order requires.
6. Data retention and security
We keep business records for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting and dispute resolution. Access to order data inside Bitus is limited to the team members handling your account. Communication takes place through your dedicated channels, and account data is not shared across clients.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to: confirm what information we hold about you; correct it; delete it where no legal or accounting obligation requires keeping it; or stop processing it. Email hello@bitusdrop.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, UK or another region with local privacy laws, you have the rights granted there. We process information based on your consent and on performing our services for you.
8. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for the site to function. We do not run advertising trackers. If this changes, this policy will be updated first.
9. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the new version will be published on this page with its revision noted. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
