LEGAL
Terms of Service
The terms that govern our sourcing, warehousing and fulfillment services.
Effective date: October 23, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bitusdrop.com and the sourcing, warehousing, quality control, packing and fulfillment services provided by Bitus (“Bitus”, “we”, “us”). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Bitus is a China-based dropshipping and fulfillment agent founded in 2017, serving cross-border e-commerce sellers on platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop. We provide product sourcing, warehousing (a 1,000㎡ facility with 5,000 orders/day processing capacity), quality inspection, custom packaging and international shipping to the United States, Europe, South Africa, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Turkey and Brazil.

2. Our role
We act as your fulfillment agent. You remain the seller of record to your end customers: you own your store, your brand, your pricing and your customer relationships. We are an independent contractor, not your partner, employee or legal representative.
3. Quotes and orders
- Quotes are provided within 24 hours of receiving complete product details.
- Quoted prices are based on the product specifications, quantities and expected order volume you provide. If actual volume differs significantly from the assumptions behind the quote, we may revise pricing with prior written notice.
- Prices may be adjusted for material cost, exchange-rate or shipping-line changes. We will notify you in advance before new prices apply to your orders.
- Fulfillment starts once payment is settled. Orders on accounts with an unsettled balance may be paused.
4. Payment
- We accept payment via Wise, bank transfer, PayPal, PingPong, Payoneer and WorldFirst. Payment is made in advance per your quote or invoice; the specific channel and any handling fees are confirmed there.
- You are responsible for all bank charges on your side of the transaction.
5. Warehousing
- Storage is free for the first 90 days from arrival of your goods. After 90 days, storage is charged at USD 5 per cubic meter per day.
- Goods must be properly packed and labeled on arrival. We will inform you if inbound goods require repacking before QC can be completed.
6. Quality control
- Standard QC covers visual inspection: appearance, workmanship, and conformity with the approved sample or product spec agreed during quotation.
- You must provide full product details during quotation (functions, special materials, battery/liquid/magnetic content, etc.). It is your responsibility to confirm that the quoted product is the product you sell.
- Functional testing or third-party inspection can be arranged on request and may carry additional cost.
7. Shipping and delivery times
- Shipping times shown on quotes or our website are estimates based on recent actual performance. Carriers and customs do not guarantee transit times, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- Shipping coverage is limited to the destinations listed on our website. We will tell you before quoting if a destination is not supported.
- Risk of loss or damage in transit is handled per our Refund Policy (Section 9 below).
8. Your responsibilities
As the merchant, you are responsible for:
- The legality of selling your products in your customers’ destination countries, including product safety, labeling, certification and import compliance;
- Ensuring your products do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights). We source per your instructions; you confirm that you have the right to sell the products you ask us to procure;
- The accuracy of customer order data (addresses, variants, contact info) you send us;
- Declaring customs values and handling VAT/GST obligations for your shipments. We can advise on common declaration practice, but the declared value decision and its consequences are yours;
- The content, claims and compliance of your own store, marketing and product listings.
9. Order issues, refunds and reships
Our handling of wrong items, quality defects, lost parcels and delivery failures — including what we cover and the evidence required — is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property and branding
- You retain ownership of your brand assets (logos, packaging designs, inserts) supplied to us for custom packaging.
- We may photograph production and packing processes for service demonstration (e.g., warehouse tours). We never display client brands or logos in such materials.
- All content on bitusdrop.com (text, design, imagery) belongs to Bitus and may not be copied without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
- Our liability for any order or shipment is limited to the amount you paid us for that order or shipment.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of your end customers, or store penalties/suspensions.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. Suspension and termination
- Either party may end the cooperation at any time with reasonable notice.
- We may suspend service for non-payment, or if you request activities that are unlawful, infringing, or expose us to unacceptable compliance risk.
- On termination, stored goods will be returned or forwarded per your instructions; applicable shipping and (if past 90 days) storage charges apply.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The current version is always published on this page; material changes will be announced in advance. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
