US shipping, with honest expectations.
A delivery window has three parts.
- Preparation — receiving, QC and packing. We have no fixed daily cut-off; it depends on stock and the work your order needs.
- Transit — quoted per route by your agent. Special lines are reliable, not express — don’t promise express dates to your buyers.
- Buffer — customs and last-mile vary. Build it into your checkout promise.
Two hard backstops
Two hard backstops: no tracking update for 32 days, or undelivered after 37 days — contact us with the order number and we open a case.
Route timelines are quoted per route by your dedicated agent.
Transparent policy pricing — second-delivery direct rate: $7.7.
Shipping lines
As a current working guide — not a guaranteed delivery promise: YunExpress lines currently run 7–14 days (most orders arrive in 7–12), other carriers 9–15 days; cheaper economy channels add 1–3 days. Your agent will confirm the right window for your product and destination before you set your checkout promise.

FAQ
How long will my US orders take?
A delivery window has three parts — preparation, transit, and buffer — and the transit part depends on the route your agent quotes for your product and destination. We would rather quote you a route-specific window than publish one number that does not fit your lane. Ask your agent before you set your checkout promise. As a current guide (not a guarantee): YunExpress lines currently run 7–14 days (most orders arrive in 7–12), other carriers 9–15 days; cheaper economy channels add 1–3 days.
What happens if tracking stops updating?
For US shipments, if tracking shows no update for 32 days, contact us with the order number and we open a case. The same applies if a parcel is still undelivered after 37 days.
Will my buyers pay customs duties on delivery?
Duties and fees are set by the destination country, not by us. For the US, the old $800 duty-free de minimis route for commercial parcels is gone; eligible low-value shipments (generally $2,500 or less) go through informal customs entry. Factor this into your landed cost — your agent can walk you through what applies to your products.
What does a second delivery attempt cost?
USD 7.7 per parcel, charged at cost — we pass the carrier’s re-delivery fee through without markup.
