Seven started Bitus after seeing too many overseas sellers get let down by unreliable sourcing — products that did not match the listing, slow replies and orders that quietly went missing.

He built the company around one rule that still guides every order today: tell the truth, ship the order, fix the problem. What began as a single warehouse in Shenzhen now supports hundreds of active stores across the US, Europe and South Africa.
