Connect the visual design to the product, order flow and actual cost.
Fit and protection
Check the packed product dimensions, weight and protection requirements. A package should fit the product and the intended shipping service.
Artwork and sample approval
Confirm print files, colors, placement, material and finish. Record which sample or specification is the approved reference.
Quantity and total cost
Ask for minimum quantities by material, setup costs, sample costs, storage and packing charges. Confirm how unused materials will be managed.
Application and replenishment
Define which product or order receives each material. Agree how stock usage, changes and reorders will be communicated.
Material claims
For bamboo-based or other environmental material options, request evidence applicable to the finished material and intended disposal conditions.
